Guest Relation Agent-Front Office Operations

This course comprises all the relevant matters at the tourism industry where their skills on hospitality will be enhanced by accumulating their skills on Front Office Operations through which they can continue their career well on providing their services at tourism industry or any kind of offices as the Guest Relation Agent.

Entry requirements:

  • National identity card
  • Pass the G.C.E.O/L English or Equal Knowledge
  • school leavers
  • Age Group 18-35

Course structure and modules:

  1. Accept reservation and prepare for arrival
  2. Attend to bell desk operations
  3. Welcome and register guests
  4. Accept group reservation and prepare for group arrival
  5. Welcome and register group of guests
  6. Handle inquiries
  7. Handle guest’s complains
  8. Facilitate for guests departure
  9. Attend to room changes and room discrepancies
  10. Action and follow up special requests
  11. Perform front office cashiering duties
